Services, sizes, paper types, quantities, prices and availability may vary.

2. Orders

Customers may place orders in person or through available communication channels such as WhatsApp or other contact methods provided on our website.

When placing an order, customers should provide accurate information regarding:

• File/document

• Number of copies

• Paper size

• Color or black & white

• Single-sided or duplex printing

• Required photo size

• Any special instructions

Customers are responsible for checking that the files and instructions supplied to us are correct.

3. File Quality

The final quality of a printed document or photograph depends partly on the quality and resolution of the original file provided by the customer.

RS DIGITAL PRINTS is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from:

• Low-resolution images

• Blurry or damaged files

• Incorrect document formatting

• Incorrect colors in the original file

• Fonts or elements missing from the customer's file

• Files supplied in an unsuitable format

Where practical, we may inform the customer of an obvious quality or formatting issue before printing.

4. Pricing

Prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The final price may depend on:

• Paper size

• Paper type

• Number of pages/copies

• Color or black & white printing

• Single-sided or duplex printing

• Photo size

• Special finishing or additional services

The applicable price will be confirmed before or at the time of processing the order.

5. Customer-Provided Content

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the documents, photographs, artwork and other content they submit are lawful and that they have the necessary rights or permission to reproduce them.

RS DIGITAL PRINTS does not knowingly accept orders involving unlawful content, counterfeit documents, fraudulent materials, or content that infringes another person's intellectual-property rights.

We reserve the right to refuse an order where there is a reasonable concern regarding legality, misuse or infringement.

6. Official Documents and Passport Photos

Customers are responsible for ensuring that photographs and documents meet the requirements of the relevant government department, institution or organization.

RS DIGITAL PRINTS can provide printing services but does not guarantee that a photograph or document will be accepted by a particular authority.

7. Proofreading and Verification

Customers should carefully check documents, photographs and instructions before printing.

Once an order has been printed according to the file and instructions supplied by the customer, RS DIGITAL PRINTS is generally not responsible for errors that were present in the original file or resulted from incorrect customer instructions.

8. Reprints and Corrections

If a printing error occurs due to an error on our part, we will make reasonable efforts to correct or reprint the affected material.

If an error results from an incorrect customer file, incorrect instructions or a change of mind after printing, reprinting may be charged separately.

9. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before printing begins, subject to the circumstances of the order.

Once printing or production has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify an order.

10. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Where a refund is appropriate, the amount may depend on whether printing or production has already started and whether materials or other costs have been incurred.

No refund is normally provided for correctly completed services where the customer simply changes their mind after production.

11. Delivery and Collection

If a delivery or collection service is offered, the applicable arrangements, charges and estimated time will be communicated to the customer.

Delivery times may vary depending on order size, workload, material availability and other circumstances.

RS DIGITAL PRINTS is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. Customer Files and Documents

Files supplied for printing are handled for the purpose of completing the requested service.

Customers should keep their own backup copies of important documents and photographs.

RS DIGITAL PRINTS is not responsible for loss of a customer's original digital file where the customer has retained the original elsewhere.

13. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, prices, services, photographs, availability and other information may change.

Website content is provided for general information and may not always reflect real-time service availability.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links or integrations to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps or other external platforms.
