📱 Aadhaar-Linked Mobile Number Required

For services that require Aadhaar-based OTP authentication or e-KYC, your mobile number must be linked with your Aadhaar.

If your mobile number is not linked with your Aadhaar, we may not be able to complete the applicable PAN service through the Aadhaar-based process.

Please ensure that your Aadhaar-linked mobile number is active and available to receive the required OTP before visiting us.

We recommend that customers do not share OTPs with anyone other than the person/service provider directly assisting with their authorized application, and only provide information necessary for the requested service.
